Inspiring Families – is a specialist support service for families and carers from the Wakefield District who are directly affected by a person’s substance use. This can be individual support or part of the 5 Step programme. Also support young people who are affected by a parent, carer, or siblings’ substance use.

Inspiring Recovery – is based in Wakefield and offers support for adults to promote wellbeing and recovery from drug and alcohol difficulties. The team tailor support to meet individual needs offering group work, mindfulness, and help with physical and mental health needs.

School Nursing Service – is based in Wakefield schools and can support young people through HYP clinics in schools and online through the 0-19 app.

Compass Rise works with children, young people, and families in communities across Wakefield. They provide free, confidential support, help and advice for young people, parents, and schools for issues related to emotional wellbeing.
Working in schools, family hubs, and online, They provide group and one-to-one support for children and young people aged 5-19 with emerging emotional wellbeing difficulties. The service is made up of Emotional Wellbeing Practitioners, a Family Practitioner and Specialist Bereavement Counsellors.
